HEIMATERDE STORY

HOME IS A FEELING.

After studying at the Hanauer Zeichenakademie, I spent two years working in the coastal town of Swakopmund in the middle of the Namib Desert.

During this stay, the question kept coming up in my mind: What is home? Who is home? Where is home? And so the idea of HeimatErde was born. For me, the answer is: home is a feeling. It is the people who surround it, the emotions and the memories.

That was the beginning of HeimatErde! Her journey began in 2012 and since then she has been touring the world with many enthusiastic customers.

Fill your globe with a memory of your favourite place or a very special moment in your life and always carry this memory with you.

Fill the HeimatErde with sand from your favourite beach, a blade of grass from your garden or some soil from your home country.
