JewelleryDesign
The jewellery from linie-c is as individual as we are. Sometimes straightforward and minimalist, sometimes airy and playful. Sometimes you will find new, unusual combinations of materials – above all, there is something very personal behind and in every piece of jewellery: from me AND you!
Christina Pott
I stand behind linie-c as a freelance jewellery designer and master goldsmith. My jewellery collection shows new forms of lightness as well as ideas that you can fill with your own personal content. Vessels, pictures and drawings extend my creative range.
This is me
As a state-certified jewellery designer and master goldsmith (graduated from the Hanauer Zeichenakademie), I have been able to learn and deepen the classical craft in various workshops. What fascinates me most is the design process, the development of an idea into a meaningful unique piece, a jewellery series, a piece of jewellery that triggers emotions in the wearer. The ideas emerge in a variety of ways, develop into the final pieces of jewellery in different processes and often, as with HeimatErde, reflect the current zeitgeist. As a passionate globetrotter, I asked myself the question: What can I take with me on my journey when I only have very limited space? What does home mean to me and how do I define it? So far, my job has taken me to many beautiful and instructive places, such as Höxter, Hanau, Swakopmund/Namibia, Landshut and, not to be underestimated, Paderborn. My work has already been presented and awarded prizes in various galleries and museums in Germany and abroad.

Jewellery
‘Art is the wondrous jewellery of life. It can be nothing else, because the essence of all art is to adorn: To adorn.’
Quote from Henry van de Velde / 1895
I also design jewellery according to your wishes.
Heimatschloss
‘I am attached to my home – my home is attached to me!’
The Idea
I will mark your place of residence with a little house on the silver-plated floor plan of your home town and you will receive your very own personalised pendant – your HeimatSchloss! The respective rivers and waters of the town provide orientation. I have a selection of places already made. I can also make a unique piece just for you at any time. Wear the HeimatSchloss as a key ring or as a necklace pendant. The HeimatSchloss is a particularly unusual idea for companies that want to give their customers, employees or business partners a high-quality gift. The company logo is incorporated instead of the little house.
Vessels
A fruit as precious as the cherry deserves its own container!
Based on a market bag, this elaborate silversmith’s work has been created to offer grapes or other delicious fruit the space and attention they deserve. The ‘Kirschkuss’ (Kiss of a cherry) is available in 925/- silver or powder-coated. The ‘Kirschkuss’ was included in the catalogue of the 15th Silbertriennale 2007 and was exhibited in the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich, among others.
Drawings and pictures
Sketches and drawings are the first steps towards finding ideas or can stand alone, far removed from the idea of jewellery.I am often drawn to nature, where I define the so-called ‘landscape lines’ and translate them into graphic surfaces and structures.
CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY FOR A client
My client had heirlooms made of gold, which I then transformed into a new, modern jewellery set according to her wishes.
Old becomes new! We will be happy to charge for old gold supplied in 585/- or 750/- gold.
Masterpiece
This 750/- yellow gold bangle is made up of 10 hollow links and a clasp. I developed the clasp specially and it is precisely adapted to the shape of the links.
