‘I've had my HeimatErde necklace since 2014. I saw it at a Christmas market in December 2013, where I was overjoyed to have found such a great idea for my purposes. Ordering, delivery and payment were all super easy and reliable. After receiving my necklace, I filled it with a little of my deceased mother's ashes and it feels really good to be able to wear the piece of jewellery or just hold it in my hand. "Mrs Pott had a stand in the Bielefeld town hall at the beginning of 2015 and offered the "earth globe" "Heimaterde", among other things. I was immediately fascinated and bought it. I went back the next day because there was also a matching necklace. (She didn't have it in stock for a man's neck.) I like the idea of photographing the "Heimaterde" at points around the world and then publishing it on the Internet, and I have already made good use of it. (There is a similar thing with geocaching.) I have not filled my "home soil" as I carry it all the time and it is not 100% waterproof. What I did do was colour the sea blue. I'm very happy with the quality of the product."

Hello Mrs Pott, I gave the little HeimatErde to my wife as a present. She was and still is delighted with this great idea. My wife wears the little earth ball every day. She keeps very valuable contents in this HeimatErde. What we have noticed, however, is that the small locking ring that secures the "stamp" and both bowls is slowly becoming deformed. It almost happened that my wife lost the HeimatErde! The ball had become caught in the spiral of the ring due to daily movements and slowly "travelled" through the spiral. It almost fell off the necklace. What a loss that would have been... Perhaps this information is important for you to avoid similar cases in the future. Hello Mr Ulrich, Thank you very much for your good and helpful feedback. I have addressed the problem and replaced the silver winding eyelet with a stainless steel one. With this, "unwinding" can no longer occur.
